UX DESIGNER, ISOBAR (MAR 2012 - NOV 2013)

Isobar was hired to partner with Motorola Mobility as they developed the 2nd generation of their MOTOACTV smart watch range, specifically the post-event web portal where users would go to analyze the data captured by the device and set custom training schedules.

Users

Users of Motorola MotoActv device. Active individuals between the ages of 18 and 50.

The team comprised of a UX Director, Senior UX Designer, UX Designer (me), 2 Visual Designers and Project Manager.

Process

UX and Interaction design was done using Omnigraffle. The process took about 4 months and the deliverables were passed to the visual designers. We worked within an Agile process using 2 week sprints to iterate.
